No accounts

There is no sign-up, login or database. We do not know who you are.

What is stored in your browser

Your lesson stars, session results (speed, accuracy, time), XP, practice days for your streak, per-key hit and miss counts, the optional name you type for a certificate, and your best Word Rain score are saved in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device and are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data, or the button below, deletes them.

Custom practice text

If you use "Custom topic" on the practice page, the topic you type, the level, length and (if you tick the box) up to eight weak letters are sent to our server, which asks an AI model via Vercel AI Gateway to write a passage. Nothing else is sent, and we do not store the request. Don't type personal information into the topic box.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request logs (such as IP address) to deliver pages and protect the service.
