TypeMaster Academy is an educational tool designed to help users improve their touch typing skills. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Accuracy of Typing Metrics

Results should be used as general indicators of progress rather than absolute measures of typing ability. Actual typing performance may differ from the metrics displayed.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of TypeMaster Academy, you agree to:

• Use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Maintain the security of your browser and device when using the Service

5. Local Data Storage

TypeMaster Academy stores your progress data locally in your browser using IndexedDB and localStorage. You are responsible for:

• Managing your browser's data storage settings
• Backing up any data you wish to preserve
• Understanding that clearing browser data will erase your progress

We do not maintain server-side backups of your lesson progress or typing statistics.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TypeMaster Academy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of TypeMaster Academy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TypeMaster Academy does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Typing metrics will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TypeMaster Academy SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
